Someone please remind me to buy a cake next year. The third tier required a glass of wine.
Apparently fluffy frosting is for cupcakes and it helps allot if you refrigerate the cake before icing...ppffftt.
I believe I saved it by using the only stocking stuffer I had bought and planted littlest pet shops on the top.
She declared it "perfect".
