some favorite camp moments

For as long as I can remember
(a good 17 years I have been attending this particular week of camp)
Jim here has done "drive by" wake up calls
playing "the Friendly Giant" theme song.
FYI: The song is actually called Early One Morning and I admit I know that only because of Buffy The Vampire Slayer. *geek allert*
Any whoooo...

The Girl swims independently for the first time.

Ahhh the water regatta, you love it or you hate it.
Me being a total camp geek love it.
The object of this game is to get the tube to your side of the tarp.
My wrap my body around the tube technique just got me dragged thru the soapy water.

A lovely hike down the fairy footsteps.
A beautiful creek that runs thru the woods and empties down into Lake Huron.

The boy has an outdoor bath.
Here he is drying off, pretty happy to be nude on his recently finished quilt.

Roasting mellows with my girl.
love it

And after the little people are tucked away in cabins the adults eat junk food and play games.
This one is Ticket to Ride and it is now on my Christmas wish list. *hint hint*
